ProofLock is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we use military-grade encryption standards, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity from all future security threats or user error.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and passcodes. ProofLock LLC assumes no liability for data loss resulting from forgotten passwords or lost devices.
You acknowledge that data written to the blockchain is permanent and cannot be deleted or edited by ProofLock LLC.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
